My feet and ankles have become so puffy in the last few weeks, im in my 8th month now. By evening it gets bohot worse and shoes dont fit. What helped u ladies?
I felt so heavy and uncomfortable with my swollen feet in the last trimester. I felt instant relief when my husband gave me a warm water foot soak with some salt. It really helped me relax in the evenings.
Swelling can sometimes be due to high salt intake, so try cutting down on pickles and processed foods. Also, keep walking a little if your doctor allows. Staying hydrated actually helps reduce water retention.
Oh, those swollen feet are so tough to deal with, but please know it goes away soon after delivery. Just wear loose footwear and don't sit with cross legs. You are doing amazing, mama, hang in there.
Haha, welcome to the elephant feet club! Just soak your feet in warm salt water and pretend you are at a high-end spa. It's totally normal, but do tell your doc if the swelling is very sudden.
Don't spend on expensive foot massagers or spa treatments. Just keep your legs elevated, drink lots of water, and wear comfortable flats. Save that money for baby essentials and upcoming hospital charges.
I know how painful and tiring swollen legs can be, especially after a long journey. Please try keeping your feet elevated on a pillow whenever you lie down. Be very gentle with your body.
My feet look like potatoes right now in my 3rd trimester, haha! The only thing that helps is putting them up on three pillows and making my husband get me water. Avoid standing for too long, just rest.
