Im in my second trimester and feeling like my thighs have gotten really heavy and i dont feel good about it. I know weight gain is normal but is there any safe way to manage this area. Any tips from u ladies?
Weight loss isnt advised during pregnancy. The most you can do is eat balanced and stay gently active if your gynac allows. Anything beyond that, like targeting thighs, is really a post delivery thing. Check with your doc on safe activity for you.
Dont aim to reduce now yaar, your body is supposed to gain weight for the baby. Focus on eating healthy and light movement instead of dieting. The thigh stuff you can work on after delivery, trust me theres time later.
I felt the same, my thighs and everything changed and I didnt feel like myself. But please be kind to your body now, its doing a big job. After delivery and once the doctor cleared me, I slowly got back to walking and it helped. One thing at a time.
Aw dont stress about the thighs right now. The body gains everywhere and its all normal. Eat well, walk a little, and save the toning goals for after baby. You are growing a human, give yourself a break.
Honestly pregnancy is not the time to try and reduce any body part, weight gain is expected. I just focused on staying active with walking and gentle prenatal yoga, only after my doc okayed it. That kept me feeling fit without trying to slim down.
