Im 7 weeks and the nausea is just non stop, throwing up even water some mornings. Cant keep anything down and its making me so weak. What worked for u in the first few weeks?
Oh I really feel you, my first trimester was rough with this. What helped me, small frequent meals instead of big ones, dry biscuits or toast right after waking before getting out of bed, and sipping on lemon or ginger water. Avoid oily smelly food, that was a trigger for me.
I had this so badly in weeks 6 to 10, did anyone else feel it eased by second trimester? Cold things and ginger candies were my saviours. Hang in there, for most of us it really does get better with time.
Home tricks help for mild nausea, but please watch out, if you're vomiting many times a day and cant hold fluids, that needs the doctor. I got dehydrated once and needed help. Dont push through severe vomiting, get it checked.
Haan ye phase tough hota hai. Subah uthte hi kuch dry kha lo na, khaali pet bilkul mat raho. Thanda nimbu paani sip karo. Par agar bahut zyada ho raha hai to doctor se zaroor poochho, wo safe dawai dete hain.
Beta thoda adrak with a little honey helped many in our family, and sucking on a lemon piece. Eat little little through the day, empty stomach makes it worse. But if you cant keep even water down, go to doctor, they have safe medicine.
