9 weeks and the nausea is honestly ruining my days, i throw up almost everything i eat. Not asking for medicines, just want to know what worked for you all to feel even a little better. Pls share whatever helped.
Being at work with this is hard, I kept lemon candies and dry crackers in my bag always. Avoid going long without eating and stay away from strong smells if you can. Ginger tea in the morning was my lifesaver honestly.
Girl I became best friends with my bathroom for a while haha. What helped me, never let the stomach go fully empty, hunger nausea is the worst combo. Keep biscuits literally everywhere, bed, bag, kitchen. It does pass, promise.
My amma told me to keep a bit of lemon or ginger nearby and sniff it when the nausea hits, it really calmed my stomach. Cold lemon water in sips also helped. But if you are vomiting many many times a day and cant keep water down, please tell your doctor, that needs checking.
Oh I feel you, my first trimester was rough. What actually helped me was eating something dry the second I woke up, like a plain biscuit or toast before even getting out of bed. Small meals every 2 hrs instead of big ones, empty stomach made it way worse for me.
Normal nausea you can manage with small meals and ginger. But I want to say carefully, if its heavy vomiting where nothing stays down and you feel weak or dizzy, dont just tough it out, that can be hyperemesis and needs the doctor. Mine got serious and meds from gynac helped a lot.
