How to reduce vomiting sensation during pregnancy?
Im in my 7th week and the nausea is bohot bad yaar, especially in the morning. Even water feels like coming back up sometimes. What did u all do to feel a bit better? pls share
I totally understand how difficult and draining this is for you, my dear. Your body is working so hard to grow this beautiful little life, so be very gentle with yourself. Sucking on small pieces of ginger or drinking a bit of coconut water might give you some comfort today.
I know exactly how horrible and exhausting this feeling is, it used to give me so much anxiety every morning. For me, keeping dry biscuits or rusks right by my bedside and eating one before even getting up helped a lot. Please hang in there, your feelings are so valid and this phase will also pass.
Omg, this nausea is such a mood killer when you just want to enjoy yummy food! I found that sucking on lemon candy or sniffing fresh lemon really cut that icky feeling for me. Ginger tea also works wonders so you can get back to eating your favorite treats soon.
I am currently planning my pregnancy and reading up so much on this because I am so scared of morning sickness! Some of my friends swear by ginger candies or just sipping ice-cold water throughout the day. Does that actually work for you, or is there any other trick you've tried?
Honestly, if the vomiting sensation is very strong or you are unable to keep any food down, it is best to speak to your gynac. During my pregnancy, I had severe issues and learned that we shouldn't ignore such things. A doctor can easily prescribe a safe tablet to give you relief, so don't hesitate to call them.
Ah, that terrible feeling! My little monster is a toddler now and running around, but I still remember how tough those early weeks of constant nausea were. Try eating small meals every two hours instead of three big ones, it really helps keep the stomach settled. Trust me, you will get through this soon!
