How to reduce weight during pregnancy without exercise?
My doctor said I should not gain too quickly, but I feel hungry all the time and exercise is difficult because of pelvic pain. I dont want to diet harshly. How did you manage weight gently?
Honestly the goal in pregnancy is healthy weight, not losing it. Eating clean, less junk and processed food naturally helps. Please talk to your gynac before trying to reduce, they'll guide whats safe for you.
My mother always said eat home food, avoid outside oily things and you wont gain too much. That worked for me. But for weight goals during pregnancy, your doctor's advice is the right one to follow.
You shouldnt be trying to lose weight while pregnant na, baby needs nutrition. Just avoid extra oily, sugary stuff and you'll not gain unnecessarily. Focus on eating right, not less.
Pregnancy is not the time to actively lose weight, please be careful. I had GD so I focused on cutting sugar and fried stuff, ate more veggies and protein. But always check with your doc about your safe range.
I just swapped my evening snacks from samosa to fruits and nuts, made a big difference without any workout. Smaller portions, more water. But dont aim to slim down, just eat sensibly and ask your doc.
