For me, relaxing always involves food! Grabbing my favorite mango milkshake or some hot samosas and watching a good show works wonders. Just pamper yourself with whatever you crave, it really lifts your mood.
Staying at my parents' house was the biggest blessing for me to relax. My mother would massage my hair with warm oil, and just chatting with her made all my worries disappear. Spend time with family if you can, it's so comforting.
