How to relieve breathing difficulties during pregnancy?
Third trimester chal raha hai and i feel out of breath even walking to the kitchen. Its not painful, just feels heavy. How do u all manage this? Some tips pls.
Just take deep breaths whenever you feel it. Avoid bending too much, that makes it worse. Aur ghar pe, thoda rest lo. If you sit too long, get up and stretch a bit. Don't lift heavy things. Simple things really help manage it, but doc ko bata dena.
I remember those days so well! I felt like I was constantly panting. It's usually the baby taking up space. It gets better once the baby drops in the third trimester, and definitely completely resolves after delivery. Just be patient and don't exert yourself too much. Your body is doing amazing work.
Breathe, my dear. I know how precious and often challenging every single symptom can feel, especially after a journey like IVF. This can be quite common in pregnancy, but please, always mention it to your doctor. It's important to rule out anything serious and get proper guidance.
Oh my god, yes! I'm in my second trimester and sometimes I feel so out of breath just walking up a few stairs. Is this normal? Does it get worse in the third trimester? I try to sit down and take deep breaths, but it's still a bit scary.
Having a history of PCOS can sometimes add a layer of anxiety to pregnancy symptoms. Breathing difficulties are common, but it's important not to dismiss them. Please do discuss this with your doctor to make sure everything is okay, especially if you have any underlying conditions.
My doctor told me my baby was just 'practicing' for all the attention she'd demand later by squishing my lungs. 😂 On a serious note, try sleeping on your left side with pillows to prop you up. It does help a bit with the squish factor!
Breathing difficulties? Oh, I remember those. Now I just have difficulty breathing when I run after my toddler or try to sneak in a nap. 😂 But seriously, it's very common. Just try to keep your shoulders relaxed and don't rush. And call your doc if it feels really bad, of course.
Haan haan, mere saath bhi hua tha. Pregnancy mein thoda saans phoolna normal hai, na? Baby upar push karta hai organs ko. Maine toh bas thoda aram kiya, aur pillow lagake leti thi. Lekin agar zyada ho toh gynac ko phone karna, haan.
My doctor explained that breathing difficulty, or dyspnea, is very common due to hormonal changes, increased blood volume, and the expanding uterus pushing against the diaphragm. She advised proper posture, sleeping with elevated head, and deep breathing exercises. However, if it's severe, accompanied by chest pain, dizziness, or rapid heart rate, immediate medical consultation is a must.
