First trimester and the constipation is honestly the worst part for me, way more than nausea. dont want to take anything without asking my gynac. what natural things helped u early on?
Constipation plus nausea was such a horrible combo for me, I feel u. What helped was sipping warm water through the day and eating oats and fruits. Walking even a little got things moving. Hang in there, it eases up.
Lots of water, fibre from fruits and veggies, soaked raisins or figs in the morning, and stay active with light walks. The iron tablets make it worse so balance with fibre. If it gets really stubborn, ask your gynac before taking anything.
Beta, warm water in the morning and soaked figs or prunes used to work for me. Also papaya in small amounts, but ripe one only. If nothing helps for many days, dont strain, just tell your doctor na.
