Just entered my second month and the constipation is so bad, i feel uncomfortable the whole day. Drinking water and all but not much help. What worked for u ladies? pls share something gentle.
Beta isabgol with water at night used to help me, and warm water first thing in morning. Eat your green veggies and fruits. But if its very bad or you see bleeding, tell your doctor, dont ignore.
Fibre and water help a lot, but be a bit mindful with very sweet fruits if your sugar is being watched. I leaned on veggies, dal and soaked methi water. Check with your doctor before any churan or powder.
Realistically, keep a bottle of water on your desk and finish it through the day, plus a fruit at hand. I added oats to breakfast, quick and high fibre. The water habit honestly did most of the work.
