Having this annoying ear pain since two days and its disturbing my sleep. Dont want to pop random tablets in this condition. Any home remedies that worked for you all?
Beta a warm compress on the ear gave my daughter some relief, just a warm cloth held gently. Avoid putting any oil or drops inside without asking. And if pain stays or there is discharge, show the doctor, dont ignore ear pain.
I only used a warm towel for comfort and went to the doctor for the actual treatment, didnt take anything on my own. Ears are sensitive, so I just let the doctor decide the medicine part.
Ear pain can be from infection or even congestion, so I wouldnt just leave it. When mine started I saw an ENT and gynac both before taking anything. Please get it checked if its sharp or with fever, dont self treat.
Sometimes its just blocked feeling from a cold, steam inhalation helped me with that. A warm cloth on the ear eases mild ache. But for actual ear infection u need a doctor, dont put random drops yaar.
