How to relieve heartburn and acid reflux during pregnancy?
Im in my third trimester and the burning in my chest after dinner is just too much yaar. Some nights i cant even lie down properly. Anyone found something that actually helps? pls share.
I also face this so I do a very light 15 min walk after dinner, but only because my gynac allowed it. Sitting straight for 30 minutes after eating helps gravity do its work. Don't lie down immediately after meals.
I'm still planning my pregnancy but reading about this makes me so curious. Does drinking coconut water in the morning really help with heartburn? Adding this to my prep list already.

Honestly, my love for spicy biryani is paying the price with this reflux now! I've started eating smaller meals throughout the day so my stomach isn't too full. Cold vanilla ice cream helps a lot too, win-win!
Ghar pe cold milk ya thoda sa saunf khane se bahut aaram milta hai. Mere yahan sab yahi bolte hain acidity ke liye. Ek baar karke dekho, simple nuskha hai.
Listen, dont stress too much about this, it is super common in pregnancy. Just stop sleeping flat, keep 2 pillows under your head. And avoid spicy stuff for a few days, you'll feel better soon.
Oh dear, I totally understand how painful and exhausting this heartburn can be, sweetie. It literally burns the throat and makes sleeping so hard. Pls try having cold milk in small sips, it really helped soothe my chest.
