Pelvic floor pain is tough, it happens as your body prepares. Try some prenatal yoga, specifically poses for pelvic comfort. A maternity support belt can also sometimes help take off some pressure. And don't shy away from asking your doctor for a referral to a women's health physiotherapist, they are really good with this.
Ugh, pelvic pain on top of everything else is just unfair! I had such bad morning sickness, walking was hard enough. For the pelvic pain, my doc suggested just resting more, and I found sleeping with a body pillow between my legs really made a difference. Take it easy, you're doing great.
My dear, pelvic floor pain is quite common as the baby grows and puts pressure. Try to take rest when you can, and don't exert yourself too much. A little prayer and positive thoughts always help to cope with discomfort.
Even with a C-section, I felt some pelvic pressure during my pregnancy, especially towards the end. Gentle pelvic tilts and just taking it easy helped me. Definitely talk to your gynac, they might suggest a pelvic floor physio.
Arey, mere saasuma always said to sit on a soft cushion and not stand too much. And to oil massage my lower back very gently. I also used to do light walking, not too much, just enough to not feel too stiff.
Beti, for pelvic pain, sometimes a warm (not hot, just lukewarm) compress can give some relief. And make sure you are not lifting anything heavy at all. Also, gharelu nuskha, try a soft pillow between your knees when you sleep, it might help align your hips. But if the pain is too much, do consult your doctor, haan.
