This pelvic pain is becoming really difficult to manage, especially when I walk or try to change positions. Has anyone found effective ways to relieve pelvic girdle pain during pregnancy? I need some relief.
so sorry you are going through this. a warm bath or a warm compress on your lower back can give temporary relief. please take plenty of rest and don't lift heavy things.
i am facing this exact same issue right now in my 28th week, specially when trying to turn in bed! does anyone know if pelvic floor exercises are safe to start now, or should i wait to ask my doctor?
oh, this sounds so painful to go through. i am still trying to conceive, but my bhabhi had this and she said sleeping with a pillow between her knees helped a little. hope you get some relief soon.
honestly, instead of buying expensive maternity pillows, just use normal home pillows between your knees. and ask your doctor for a safe exercise list during your regular scan visit itself so u don't have to pay extra for a physiotherapist session.
i totally feel you, that pelvic pain is so exhausting and it can really mess with your mental peace when u can't move properly. please don't suffer silently, it's a very real pain. try sleeping on your side with a thick pillow support.
pelvic pain can be so tough to deal with. because of my thyroid issues, i was already visiting my gynac regularly, so i asked her and she recommended mild pregnancy stretches. do mention it during your next regular checkup so they can guide you safely.
ho na, pelvic pain is the worst, walking also becomes so difficult sometimes. try not to stand for too long and don't cross your legs when sitting. wearing a maternity support belt also helped me a lot, haan na.
