How to relieve pelvic pain during early pregnancy?
Im around 8 weeks and getting this dull pain in the lower pelvic area, thoda pulling type. Not severe but it makes me a bit nervous. I'll mention to my doc but wanted to hear if this was normal for others too.
Please don't stress, just rest as much as you can and keep your mind calm. Sometimes warm, gentle compresses can help soothe the pelvic area. Praying for your comfort and a smooth journey ahead, take care.
With my PCOS, I was hyper-aware of every pain and got worried easily. Pelvic stretching is normal, but always take plenty of bed rest and don't push yourself. If the pain gets severe or you see any spotting, please check with your doctor right away.
My pregnancy tracker app showed that mild pelvic pain is common in the first trimester as ligaments stretch. I tracked my pain levels and made sure to avoid heavy lifting. But do log it and tell your doctor if it becomes sharp or continuous.
I know how exhausting it is when u have nausea and pelvic pain together. Try keeping a pillow between your knees when sleeping on your side to align your hips. It really takes the pressure off your pelvic area.
Arey, pelvic pain is so annoying, especially when you just want to sit and enjoy some hot samosas! Try to sit comfortably with your legs supported and avoid standing for too long. Light rest always helped me feel better.
Pelvic discomfort can happen as your uterus stretches, but please mention it to your doctor. The medical staff at my hospital advised me to use a support pillow and avoid crossing my legs. If the pain is sharp or persistent, call your gynac immediately.
