Ugh, pelvic pain, the joy of carrying a bowling ball in there, right? I literally waddled everywhere. What helped me was sleeping with a pillow between my knees and sometimes a warm compress. And lots of complaining to my husband, haha! But seriously, if it's too much, call your doc.
Pelvic pain is so real and can be incredibly frustrating. I felt like my body was constantly shifting, and it's okay to feel overwhelmed by it. Try to rest when you can, and use a heat pack if it brings some comfort. Don't hesitate to mention it to your gynac, they might have specific stretches or physio suggestions.
I felt that pain so much, especially in my third trimester, it was like a constant ache. I tried to sit on a yoga ball sometimes, and that actually provided some relief. Also, I realised wearing flat, comfortable shoes made a big difference. Please mention it to your doctor if it's impacting your daily life.
Oh, I remember that discomfort so well. It can be quite challenging to even move around. What I found helpful was doing gentle prenatal yoga stretches, but only after checking with my doctor. Also, a good pregnancy pillow for sleeping made a huge difference to support the pelvis.
Pelvic pain is super common, especially in later trimesters. Try using a maternity support belt, that really helped me. Also, gentle exercises like pelvic tilts and light walking can strengthen the area. Warm baths can provide relief too. If it gets severe, definitely talk to your doctor.
