These headaches have become almost daily in my second trimester and i dont want to pop random tablets. By evening my head is so heavy. What worked for you ladies that is actually safe?
Most pregnancy headaches are harmless but please be alert, a sudden bad headache with swelling or vision changes can be a BP issue. I'd get your BP checked if it's intense. Don't ignore that combination.
My headaches were bad in the early weeks, often from dehydration and skipping meals. Drinking enough water, resting in a dark quiet room and eating on time really helped me. Don't pop any painkiller without asking your gynac though.
Beta a cold cloth on the forehead and lying down in a calm room used to ease mine. Sometimes it's just less water or hunger. But if the headache is very severe or with blurry vision, show the doctor at once.
Aw they're so annoying, I know. Hydrate, rest and don't stress too much, that combo worked for me. If they keep coming just mention it at your next visit.
