Omg the gas problem is killing me, sometimes the bloating and that stuck feeling is so uncomfortable i cant even sit properly. Im in second trimester. What do u all do at home to get some relief?
Gas was the worst for me both times. Eat slowly in smaller portions, walk a little after meals, and cut down the gassy stuff like too much fried or beans. A gentle stroll really helps move it along. If the pain is sharp or persistent though, get it checked to rule out anything else.
A little ajwain water or jeera water settled my tummy nicely, my mom swears by it. Slow eating and not lying down right after meals helped too. For any antacid or gas medicine though, ask your doctor first, dont pick on your own.
Yaar the gas during pregnancy is no joke, actually a short walk after eating saved me. Also I cut down on the heavy oily stuff. Warm water through the day helped too. Mat lo zyada tension, it is super common.
