I already used one kit yesterday and the result was thoda faint. Medical shop is far from my ghar so was wondering can the same kit be used again or not? Pls someone clear this.
I completely understand the urge to keep testing, but unfortunately, these kits are strictly for single-use. The chemical strip inside only works once to detect hCG. Sending you so much love and hoping for your positive result soon.
Actually, we cannot reuse a pregnancy test kit at all. Once it gets wet, the test strip is spoiled. It is better to buy a few cheap paper strip tests if you want to test multiple times.
Beta, these modern plastic kits can only be used once. In old days, we didn't have these, but now they are cheap and easy to get at any chemist shop. Buy a new one and test with the first urine of the morning.
Haha, I wish we could reuse them because I went through a mountain of tests before finding out about my twins! But seriously, they don't work twice. Buy a budget multi-pack online instead.
Please don't try to reuse them, they are designed for one-time use only. The chemical reaction on the strip can't happen twice, so any second reading will be completely wrong. Just get a fresh pack from the pharmacy.
