This constipation is honestly the worst part of my second trimester, so uncomfortable everyday. ive increased water and fruits thoda but not much relief. what worked for u all? pls share.
Please be very careful with laxatives as they can cause uterine cramps. If it's severe and causing pain, please consult your doctor immediately instead of taking over-the-counter syrups.
Pregnancy constipation is the worst, especially when you just want to enjoy your food! I started eating lots of papaya (only fully ripe ones!) and apples to keep things moving smoothly.

My saas told me to drink warm milk with a little ghee at night, and surprisingly it really helped. Also, make sure you are drinking lots of water throughout the day!
