We are trying for first baby and honestly im a bit confused about the timing after my period ends. Dont really know which days matter the most. Can someone explain how it worked for them?
My gynac said the best chance is around ovulation, which in a regular cycle is roughly a week or so after the period ends. Having intercourse every couple of days in that fertile window helps. Tracking ovulation makes it easier to time.
We are also trying and i felt shy asking anyone. Learning that the fertile days come a bit after the period helped me understand. Im just tracking my cycle and staying relaxed about it.
I used an ovulation app to find my fertile days after my period. Once i knew the window we timed it accordingly. Ovulation strips also helped confirm it for me.
