Beta, in our times elders used to say to be very careful in the first three months especially. It's better to rest and avoid too much physical strain, eat good home food and keep your body calm.
Same here, we actually asked our doctor during the last scan because we were so confused. She told us to just avoid deep penetration and any pressure on the belly. Is there any specific position that is safer though? Pls share if someone knows.
