We're newly trying and i feel a bit shy asking anyone in person. Just want to know if timing or position really makes a difference or if its all just myths. Pls share if something worked for u.
We were also figuring this out. What people told us is to track the fertile days, the few days around ovulation, and be regular around then. I used an ovulation app to know my window. Try not to stress, that part is important too.
Honestly an ovulation tracker or those ovulation strips helped us pin the right days. We just kept it regular in that window. Took us a few months, totally normal, dont lose heart.
With my irregular cycles from PCOS, tracking ovulation was tricky and an app alone wasnt enough for me. A doctor helped me find my fertile days. If a few months pass with no luck, dont hesitate to get a basic checkup, no shame in it.
Timing is the main thing, your fertile window is roughly the 5 days before and the day of ovulation. Every alternate day in that window works well. Dont overthink positions, just relax and be regular.
Beta the biggest thing is being relaxed and on the right days of the cycle. Stress actually works against you. Eat well, sleep well, and give it a little time. It often happens when you stop pressuring yourselves.
