Im in my 6th month now and my kamar starts paining if i sit wrong for too long. At night also i keep changing sides, samajh nahi aata which position is actually okay for baby. Koi tips?
With my PCOS history, I was always extra careful about everything during my pregnancy. I found that sleeping on the left side with a pillow between my knees really helped with blood flow, but do ask your doctor what suits your body best.
Hi there! Try to sit with a small pillow supporting your lower back and never cross your legs. For sleeping, left side is best for baby's oxygen supply, and a pillow under your tummy will give great comfort.
Sleeping on the left side is the gold standard, and while sitting, keep your back straight without slouching. I also did mild prenatal yoga and daily walking which kept my posture good, but only start after your doctor says it's safe.
I'm currently planning my pregnancy and always wonder about this too! Is a proper pregnancy pillow really worth buying, or can we just use normal ghar ke cushions for support?
