We have a long road trip coming up and im in my third trimester. Sitting for long already makes my back ache, so im worried how ill manage. Any tips on posture or seatbelt position from the experienced ones?

For long journeys i made sure to stop and walk a little to keep circulation going, my doctor suggested that. Sitting too long made my feet swell. A quick stretch every hour or so helps a lot.
I sat upright with a small cushion behind my lower back and wore the seatbelt below the bump, not across it. On long drives i took breaks to stretch my legs. It really helped my back during my daily commute.
My app actually had a tip about wearing the lap belt low under the belly and the shoulder belt to the side. I kept the seat slightly reclined for comfort. Small adjustments made the rides much easier.
