Im 7 weeks and i sit at a desk whole day for work. Started worrying if my sitting posture matters this early. Is there a right way to sit na? Pls guide.
I am trying to conceive right now and I am trying to learn these small things beforehand. I've read that we should sit with a straight back and avoid sudden movements, hope that's correct.
Sit in a relaxed posture with your spine straight, keeping your mind peaceful and positive. Don't sit in any awkward positions that put pressure on your stomach. God will keep you and the baby safe, just take small breaks to stretch.
Just sit normally on a comfortable chair with proper back support. Avoid sitting in one position for more than an hour, keep moving around. There is no need to make it complicated, just don't slouch or bend abruptly.
Listen dear, don't worry too much about how you sit, just don't sit in any way that feels tight or uncomfortable. Use a small pillow for your lower back if you are sitting for long hours, and make sure your feet are well supported.
When I was at my parents' house, my mom always told me to sit with a cushion behind my back for support. Avoid crossing your legs or sitting on the floor directly. Keep your feet flat on the ground and stay comfortable.
