Im 7 months and the Indian toilet at home is becoming so hard for me, knees and pet both feel weird. Thoda awkward to ask but how do you all manage? Should i switch to western?
Haha, such a real question that nobody talks about! 😂 Try to keep your back straight and lean a little forward, not straining. A small squatty potty or footstool can really help align things better and make it much more comfortable! Super important for comfort and preventing issues! 👍
Oh, this is something I've been thinking about too, for when the time comes. I've heard that sitting on a western commode is generally more comfortable and easier to manage, especially as the belly starts to grow bigger and makes things a little difficult.
For comfortable and safe toileting during pregnancy, using a Western commode is ideal. If you're on a squat toilet, try placing a small stool under your feet to elevate them slightly. This helps to create a more 'squat-like' position, easing bowel movements and reducing strain. Also, always lean slightly forward, not backward.
