Just entered 7th month and my pet has gotten so big that I cant find any comfortable position at night. Lying on back feels bad and side karke bhi kamar starts hurting. How did you all manage sleep at this stage yaar?
Oh, the third trimester sleep struggle is real! 🙈 Invest in a good C-shaped pregnancy pillow, it was my absolute savior. Try to sleep on your left side and keep a light mind before bed! 🌸
By the 7th month, sleeping on your left side is the best option because it improves blood flow to the baby. Use a firm pillow between your knees and one supporting your back to take off the pressure. Avoid sleeping flat on your back now.
Sleeping in the 7th month with two babies in there felt like trying to balance a sack of potatoes on my side! I literally built a fortress of 6 pillows around me just to stay in one position. Just find whatever angle doesn't make you gasp for air and stick to it.
My gynac strictly advised me to sleep on my left side from the third trimester onwards to keep the blood circulation optimal. I researched a lot and found that keeping a pillow under the bump also helps prevent that dragging feeling. Try not to drink too much water right before sleeping to avoid frequent loo trips.
I used to get so scared that I would accidentally roll onto my back and hurt the baby. I literally couldn't sleep because of this anxiety! If you worry like me, just wedge a heavy bolster behind your back so you physically can't roll over.
