How to sleep during pregnancy in first trimester in tamil?

Im 8 weeks and lately I just cant get comfortable at night, keep tossing and turning. My amma keeps telling me different things in tamil and I get confused. Anyone here who can explain proper sleeping position in tamil pls share.
