How to sleep during pregnancy in second trimester?
Just entered my 5th month and suddenly cant find a comfy position to sleep. My back starts hurting if i lie one way too long. How do u manage in this trimester? Pls share tips.
Oh, the sleeping position anxiety! I used to literally wake up in a panic if I was on my back. But second trimester, side sleeping, especially left side, is generally recommended. A pregnancy pillow is a lifesaver, honestly, makes such a huge difference. Don't stress too much about small position changes though, just try your best.
Yaar, sleeping in the second trimester is a whole new ball game, na? Actually, my doc told me left side sleeping is the best for blood flow. I bought this huge pregnancy pillow and it was a godsend, seriously! It helped keep me comfy and prevented me from rolling onto my back.
Ho na, second trimester mein pet badhne lagta hai toh sidha sona thoda mushkil hota hai. Left side pe sona sabse achha mana jaata hai, blood circulation ke liye. Legs ke beech mein ek pillow rakho, aur ek pillow pichhe se support ke liye, thoda comfortable lagega.
Ugh, tell me about it! I'm in my second trimester now and sleeping is getting SO hard. I try to sleep on my left side with a pillow between my knees, but sometimes I just can't get comfortable. My back still hurts a bit. Anyone else struggling to find that perfect spot?
Sleeping positions become very important in pregnancy, especially if you have any complications like I did. While generally left side sleeping is recommended, it's crucial to ask your own doctor. They can give you the safest advice based on your individual health and baby's position. Don't take any chances.
I'm still planning for pregnancy, but I keep hearing about how hard sleeping gets! Everyone says left side is best, and a good pregnancy pillow seems essential. I'm already mentally preparing myself for the sleep challenges ahead, it sounds quite tough!
Sleeping peacefully after satisfying all those cravings? Ah, the dream! In the second trimester, I found that a big pregnancy pillow was my best friend. It helped me stay on my left side, which my doc said was good for blood flow. Also, no heavy meals right before bed, warna acidity will keep you up!
Haan ji, second trimester mein toh side mein hi sona padta hai. Mere gynac ne bola tha left side pe sona sabse achha hai. Ek bada sa pillow legs ke beech mein aur ek tummy ke neeche laga lo. Bahut aaram milta hai! Right side bhi chalta hai but left is preferred.
Sleep? What's that? Haha! Seriously though, second trimester is where the belly really starts to pop, so back sleeping becomes a no-go. Get a huge pregnancy pillow; it's like a soft bodyguard for your baby bump! Left side is the golden rule, my doc said.
By the second trimester, it's really best to start getting used to sleeping on your side, particularly the left side. This helps with circulation to the baby and prevents pressure on major blood vessels. A body pillow or pregnancy pillow can make a huge difference in comfort. Elevating your head a bit can also help with any reflux.
Beti, ab jab pet bahar aa raha hai toh sidha mat sona. Humare ghar mein toh sab kehte hain karwat leke sona chahiye, khaas kar left side. Usse khoon ka bahav theek rehta hai. Ek takiya pairon ke beech rakh lo, thoda aaram milega.
