My lower back is killing me at night and i just cant find a comfortable position anymore. Tried lying on my side but still wake up aching. third trimester ka pain is real yaar. how do you all manage to sleep?
I bought a C shaped pregnancy pillow and honestly it was a lifesaver. The app I used also suggested side sleeping after second trimester. Worth the small investment yaar.
Sleeping on left side with a pillow between your knees helped me so much. I also kept a small pillow under my belly for support. It took a few nights to get used to but the back pain reduced gently.
My doctor allowed me some gentle stretches and a short evening walk, that really helped my back loosen before sleep. Pls check with your gynac before any stretch though. The pillow trick plus light movement combo worked for me.
Beta try not to sleep flat on your back in later months. Use pillows around you to feel supported, and a warm not hot compress before bed can ease the back. You will find your comfy position soon, dont worry.
