Im in my 6th month and honestly nights have become so hard. I keep turning side to side, back pain on one side, then leg cramps, and by the time i fall asleep its almost morning. How do you all manage to actually fall asleep quickly? pls share what works for u.
Omg same struggle here, I just cant switch off my brain at night. Did anyone else feel like the moment u lie down baby starts moving and ur wide awake again? Trying a warm glass of milk before bed, slightly helps.
My amma always told me to keep the room a bit dark and have dinner early, not too late. A small foot rub helps relax also. But if you really cant sleep for many days, do mention to your doc na, sometimes its just discomfort and they guide you.
Left side, pillow between your knees and one under the belly. Honestly that pillow setup changed everything for me in both pregnancies. Stop scrolling phone 30 min before bed, that was my main problem.
Ha, sleep fast? Wait till the baby comes, then sleep becomes a myth haha. But seriously during pregnancy I used to keep changing sides like a rotisserie chicken. Pillow fort is the only thing that worked, build a wall around yourself.
I had no time so what helped was a fixed routine, same time every night even on weekends. Cut down water right before bed otherwise washroom trips ruin it. A short walk after dinner also made me tired in a good way.
