I am 36 weeks and no position is comfortable now. Left side makes my hip pain, right side I feel guilty, and getting up to pee is a task. How are you all sleeping in last month?
Left side sleeping, pillow between the legs and one behind your back so you dont roll flat. Avoid lying straight on your back this late. You'll find your comfy setup in a day or two.
Girl same boat, sleeping at 36 weeks is basically a wrestling match with pillows. Left side with a pillow between knees saved me, and one under the belly. Still wake up 5 times to pee though haha.
Haan is time pe seedha sona mushkil ho jata hai na. Left side pe leto, ghutno ke beech takiya rakho. Mujhe extra pillows ne bahut help kiya, try karke dekho.
A short slow walk after dinner and some gentle breathing helped me wind down before bed, my doctor had okayed light walking. Then left side with pillows. Sleep wont be perfect but it gets a bit better.
Beta left side is best now for baby. Prop yourself with soft pillows around so you feel supported. And if you ever feel breathless or very uneasy lying down, do mention it to your doctor.
Just had my baby and the last weeks were tough. Sleeping on left side is what my gynac told me, it helps blood flow to baby. A long pillow or pregnancy pillow makes a big difference, try it.
