My belly is showing properly now and i just cant get comfortable at night. I used to sleep on my back and stomach, both feel wrong now. How are you all managing, any pillow tricks that actually help?
If you cant afford a fancy pillow just stack two regular ones, one under belly one between knees. Left side. And stop screen scrolling before bed, that messed up my sleep more than the bump did.
Sleep on your left side, thats the best for blood flow to the baby. Put one pillow between your knees and one under the belly, it took the back pressure off completely for me. Avoid lying flat on your back for long.
I felt so restless turning side to side at that stage. What helped me was a big pillow behind my back so I didnt roll flat, and one between my knees. Took a few nights to get used to but then it was so much better.
I got a C shaped pregnancy pillow around then and honestly it changed everything. Left side with the pillow hugging front and back. My app also said left side is ideal in the later half. Worth the buy.
Haan left side karwat lena best hai na, aur ghutno ke beech ek takiya rakho. Back pe mat so for long. Thoda adjust karna padta hai but ho jata hai, dont worry.
