Im in my 9th month and nights have become a nightmare, i toss the whole time and back pain doesnt let me settle. Tried left side, right side, pillows everywhere still no proper sleep. How did you all manage in this last stage?
Currently in the same boat and sleeping feels like a full body engineering project lol. Pillows everywhere yaar. Side sleeping with knees bent is the only thing keeping me sane.
Left side is what they generally recommend in the last months. Get a long body pillow if you can, it changed everything for me. And dont stress if you wake up multiple times, totally normal at 9 months.
Last month I'd keep a small snack and water near the bed coz hunger and acidity woke me up. Side sleeping plus a slightly raised head helped. Light walk in evening also made nights easier honestly.
Oh those last weeks the sleep struggle is so real. I slept on my left side with a pillow between my knees and one under the belly, that was the only comfy way for me. Also propped up a bit if acidity hit.
Haan na the belly makes it so hard. I used do extra pillows behind my back so I dont roll flat. Try to sleep on side, sidha lying down felt heavy for me. You're almost there, hang in!
Beta its normal to feel restless now, the body is just heavy. Side lying with support pillows is the way. If you ever feel breathless lying down or anything off, do mention it to your doctor.
