My belly is getting bigger and I cant find a comfortable position anymore, keep tossing the whole night. Side, back, nothing feels right. How are u all managing to sleep?
Left side sleeping is the one everyone recommends, better blood flow to baby. Get a long pillow between ur knees and one to hug, total game changer. Dont stress if u flip in sleep, just settle back on the side.
Beta sleep on the side, mostly left, and keep a soft pillow under the belly for support. A glass of warm milk before bed helped many in our family relax. If u truly cant sleep at all, mention it to ur doctor.
I used to panic if I woke up on my back, but my gynac said dont worry, ur body shifts on its own and a quick turn to the side is fine. That took so much stress off me. Just dont obsess like I did.
Sleep? In third tri? Lol cute. But seriously the pregnancy pillow saved me, I built a whole fort. Side lying, pillow between knees, and peeing at 3am is just part of the package now haha.
I struggled so much with sleep, kept wanting to lie on my back out of habit. What helped me was a pillow behind my back so I stayed tilted on my side. Some nights were hard but it does get manageable.
