Im 7 months and my kamar is killing me at night, cant find any comfortable position. Pillows ke saath bhi raat ko keep waking up. What side and setup works for you all?
I completely understand how difficult and exhausting these nights can be. When we were expecting, finding a comfortable position was a daily challenge. Try gentle back massages and keeping a small pillow under your knees, it really helps ease the strain.
I felt like I would never sleep comfortably again during my last trimester because of that terrible backache. Using a long pillow to hug really helped me get some rest. Hang in there, this phase will pass as soon as your baby arrives.
Listen, try to sleep on your left side as much as possible because it's best for the baby's blood flow. Keep a cushion tucked under your belly and one between your knees to take the pressure off your lower back. Rest as much as you can, okay?
You don't need to buy those expensive pregnancy pillows. Just use a normal, soft pillow between your knees when sleeping on your side, and put another thin pillow behind your back for support. It works perfectly.
Oh, I am facing the exact same struggle right now! Sleeping on the left side is so hard. Does anyone else feel like their hips start aching halfway through the night?
