Finally ordered a c shaped pillow after so much back pain but ab samajh nahi aa raha how to actually use it. Do i put the curve under my back or between legs? im 6 months and just want one comfortable night yaar. how do you position it?
Keep the main curve supporting your back, slide the middle part under your bump, and put the tail between your knees. It takes a couple of days to get used to it!
You don't even need a fancy way, just put the long side behind your back to stop rolling over, and put the bottom part between your legs. It gave me so much relief.
Because of my pregnancy complications, my doctor strictly told me to sleep on my left side. The C-pillow was a lifesaver to keep me in that position safely.
Place the curve of the C behind your back for support, tuck the bottom end between your knees to align your pelvis, and rest your head on the top. It really helps with hip pain!
I used to hug the long side of the C and put the bottom curve between my legs. When nausea kept me awake, finding a comfy position with this pillow was the only way I slept.
Beta, use the pillow to support your back and keep a small normal pillow under your knees if needed. Old remedies say side sleeping is best for baby's health.
