How to solve constipation problem during pregnancy?
Honestly this is bothering me so much, last few weeks pet sahi se clear hi nahi hota. Im in 2nd trimester and drinking water also but no help. What worked for u all?
My mother-in-law advised eating fiber-rich foods like small bananas and warm water at night, which helped me a lot. But when it got very severe, I asked my doctor and she prescribed a safe syrup. It's always best to keep the doc in loop.
Keep your mind peaceful and drink plenty of water throughout the day. Eating soaked raisins in the morning really helps clear the stomach. God will keep everything fine, just eat simple home-cooked food.
This is so painful, I used to worry that straining would affect the baby, which made me even more stressed. Try adding a lot of green veggies and salad to your diet, and drink warm water. Please don't take any laxatives without asking your gynac first!
Oh god, 3rd trimester constipation is a different level of struggle, feels like passing a brick! What works for me is lots of water, high-fiber fruits, and walking. Don't strain too much in the washroom, literally not worth the pressure!
I can only tell you what worked for me—I ate a lot of papaya (the fully ripe one, not raw) and drank warm milk with a little ghee at bedtime. It really helped my bowels move naturally without taking any medicines.
After my C-section, constipation was my biggest fear because of the stitches. I drank lukewarm water constantly, had oats, and took a mild doctor-approved stool softener. Please don't let it build up, handle it gently.
