The burning comes up to my throat at night and sleep gets disturbed. I try eating early but still it happens after some foods. Please share what gave you relief without making nausea worse.
Oh, heartburn was such a constant companion during my pregnancy, I remember it so clearly. My doctor advised me to eat small meals, sit upright after eating, and avoid anything too spicy or oily. It felt like fire sometimes, but these small things did help me manage.
Heartburn is truly uncomfortable, especially after all you've been through. Try having smaller, more frequent meals, and avoid spicy or greasy foods. Sometimes a glass of cold milk or a few almonds can provide a little relief. Just take it easy, dear.
Heartburn is very common during pregnancy, so don't worry too much. Try eating smaller, frequent meals, and avoid lying down right after eating. Also, steer clear of spicy and greasy foods. A glass of lukewarm milk or a few sips of coconut water sometimes works wonders. If it's very severe, do talk to your gynac.
Omg yes! I'm in my second trimester too and the heartburn is absolutely real, it's so annoying! Does anyone else feel like it gets worse at night? What actually helped you guys, I'm open to anything!
I totally get what you mean, it's the worst! I find that avoiding anything fried or super rich helps a bit. Also, I try not to lie down immediately after dinner. Have you noticed if any specific foods trigger it for you?
