With my first one I had so much time to rest but now im chasing a toddler all day haha. Already feeling more tired this time and my body is different. How did you all manage to stay active with a small kid around?
I continued prenatal yoga and brisk walks in my second too, but only after my doctor cleared it. Listen to your body, it is already managing one kid plus the bump. No overdoing, gentle and regular is best.
Second time I made sure to keep walking daily and do light stretches, since recovery is harder if you sit too much. With a toddler around it is tough but try to sneak in movement. Eat balanced and dont skip your checkups.
Honestly between work and the first kid, time is the real challenge. I did short 15 minute walks and simple prenatal stretches at home. Doesnt need to be fancy, just consistent and doctor approved.
