Just got my positive a few days back, im around 5 weeks. Bit nervous since its my first and i want to do everything right from the start. What did u all focus on in these early weeks, food, rest, anything? pls share.
Keep it simple yaar. Start folic acid that doc gives, eat home food small small meals, drink lots of water and dont skip sleep. Dont stress over every little thing, thats the main one.
Stay calm and positive, that matters more than people think. Eat fresh ghar ka khana, rest well and take whatever supplement doctor gives. Take care of ur mind also na, not just body.
I kept up light walking and some prenatal stretching but only after my doc okayed it. Dont start anything intense now. Hydration and rest honestly did more for me than anything fancy.
I was working through my early months so I kept dry snacks in my bag for nausea, took my supplements with breakfast so I dont forget, and sat down whenever I felt giddy. Manage rest where u can.
First trimester I just focused on folic acid, gentle walks and avoiding raw/undercooked stuff. Whatever specific diet or activity, best to confirm with ur gynac since every pregnancy is bit different.
I was so worried about this in starting too. What helped me was eating little little so nausea stays away and just resting more. Did u start ur folic acid? My doc said thats the most important early on.
