Im in my third tri and noticing some leaking already, sometimes it shows on my kurti and i feel so awkward going out. Is there any way to manage this? Anyone else dealt with it?
This is actually quite normal as your body prepares for breastfeeding, but do mention it during your regular doctor visits. I had thyroid issues during my pregnancy so I was always regular with my check-ups and kept my gynac updated about any changes. Buying some soft breast pads will help keep you dry for now.
Oh, don't worry, it's just your body preparing for the baby! 😊 Just use some washable breast pads inside your bra, they are super soft and comfortable. It's a very sweet sign that your body is getting ready for your little one! 🌸
I am still trying to conceive, but my sister went through this during her third trimester. She was very shy about it but found that wearing cotton breast pads helped a lot. It is just a natural part of the journey, so please don't feel embarrassed.
Haha, welcome to the club, my friend! I used to wake up with wet spots on my t-shirt all the time and it was so annoying. Honestly, you can't stop it, just buy nursing pads in bulk and wear comfortable sports bras.
Mild leaking is common, but please do not squeeze or stimulate your breasts to get more out, as that can sometimes cause early contractions. When I had some complications, my doctor strictly told me to let it be. If you notice any blood or severe pain, contact your gynac immediately.
Leaking colostrum is normal and you can't really stop it, just use breast pads to manage it. Since I had gestational diabetes, I had to be very careful with my diet, but breast changes are mostly hormonal. Just make sure to eat healthy and avoid squeezing them as it can trigger early contractions.
It is a beautiful sign that your body is preparing to nourish your miracle baby. Please be very gentle with yourself during this time. Just use soft organic nursing pads to prevent any staining, and mention it to your doctor in your next routine check-up just to be sure.
