Getting these mild pulling cramps in lower tummy since couple days, im 14 weeks. Not very painful but it makes me uneasy. I'll mention to my gynac at next visit but meanwhile what helped you ladies feel better?
Pair ki cramp ke liye thoda warm sarso tel se maalish karo aur paani zyada piyo, banana aur calcium wali cheezein khao. Par pet mein dard ho toh seedha doctor ko bolo beta, usme totka nahi.
If u mean leg cramps, stretching ur calf, staying hydrated and a warm massage really help, mine were worst at night. But if u mean strong belly cramps, that's different, that u must report to ur gynac, dont treat it at home.
Just be clear about which cramps. Mild leg or round ligament pulls are usually normal with rest and hydration. But abdominal cramps with bleeding, or strong regular cramps, please call ur doctor immediately, dont wait. Better safe.
For leg cramps my app suggested calf stretches before bed and keeping legs slightly raised, worked nicely. Staying hydrated and enough calcium/magnesium in diet helps too. For any stomach cramping always check with ur doctor first.
For those nighttime leg cramps, gently flex ur foot upward and hold, it eases fast. Keep sipping water through the day. And listen, if cramps are in ur tummy and feel intense, ring ur gynac, dont tough it out alone.
