I am 6 weeks and since yesterday stomach is loose, maybe because of something I ate. I am drinking water but feeling weak and worried. Did anyone get diarrhea in early pregnancy, and when did you call the doc?
Hydration is the main thing, sip ORS or coconut water through the day. Eat bland stuff like banana, rice, curd, toast. Avoid oily and spicy for a couple days. But dont take any anti-diarrhea medicine without asking your gynac, and call them if it lasts more than a day or two.
Curd rice and a little buttermilk really helped me settle the tummy, and keep drinking water. Family always gave me plain rice with curd. But if it continues or you feel drained, do check with your doctor, dont take any tablet on your own.
Loose motions in early pregnancy can drain you fast, so keep sipping fluids. But please dont self medicate. If it's frequent, has blood, or you feel weak, dizzy or have fever, call your doctor right away, dehydration is the real risk here.
Keep an ORS sachet handy and track your fluids, easy to get dehydrated. Bananas, rice, plain curd help bind things. Avoid dairy heavy or fried food till it settles. If it crosses a day or two or you feel unwell, message your gynac.
Beta sabse important hai paani aur ORS lo taaki body se pani na nikle. Halka khana khao, khichdi, dahi chawal, kela. Par agar baar baar ho raha hai ya bukhar bhi hai to doctor ko zaroor dikhao, dehydration achhi baat nahi pregnancy me.
