The nausea and tiredness in these early weeks is honestly killing me, cant focus on anything. I know its part of it but is there any way to atleast reduce these symptoms? how did u all manage in the beginning?
Honestly, you can't really stop early pregnancy symptoms because your hormones are skyrocketing to support the baby. I just delivered recently and found that eating small meals and taking naps was the only way to survive them. It gets much better in the second trimester, I promise.
I don't have any medical tips, but for my early nausea and fatigue, I just listened to my body and slept whenever I could. Avoiding strong smells in the kitchen also helped me quite a bit. Just hang in there, it's temporary.
I am in my 10th week now and also trying to find ways to cope! Did your nausea start getting better after week 12, or did you find any specific home remedy that actually works for the constant bloating?
Please be very careful about trying to suppress symptoms with random medicines. During my pregnancy, I had severe vomiting and dehydration, and my doctor had to prescribe safe anti-nausea meds. If your symptoms are too severe, always contact your gynac instead of self-treating.
Beta, ye lakshan toh ruka nahi sakte kyuki andar bacha badh raha hai. Subeh uth ke thoda dahi-cheeni ya nimbu pani piyo, isse man achha rahega. Thoda aaram karo aur bhagwan pe bharosa rakho.
