How to stop feeling like vomiting during pregnancy?
Im around 7 weeks and the nausea is constant, morning to night matlab nothing stays down. Bohot weak feeling ho raha hai. What helped u manage this? pls share
No need to buy fancy things, just keep some dry roasted makhana or murmura (puffed rice) with you. Whenever you feel that vomiting sensation, eat a handful. It absorbs the stomach acid and works like magic without spending much.
Arey, my nausea was so bad I used to vomit even after drinking water. What saved me was ginger tea and not keeping an empty stomach. Trust me, it goes away, but then the sleepless nights with a newborn start, so prepare yourself, haha!
Honestly, in my first trimester, the kitchen smell was my biggest enemy! I survived on sucking lemon slices and cold water. Now in my 3rd trimester, the vomiting is gone but the acidity has taken over, so enjoy the small breaks while u can!
I used to worry so much that my baby wasn't getting enough nutrition because I couldn't keep any food down. Please check with your gynac if you are throwing up too much, okay? I also drank a lot of coconut water to stay hydrated.
I am still planning my pregnancy, but I keep reading about this everywhere because I am so scared of morning sickness! Some of my friends say keeping dry ginger biscuits by the bedside and eating one before getting up really helps. Is that true?
Looking back at my pregnancy days, this was the hardest part but it really is temporary. I used to keep some amla candy or a small piece of ginger in my mouth. By the second trimester, you will feel so much better, just hang in there.
According to my pregnancy tracker app, keeping dry crackers near your bed is the best trick. I used to log my symptoms and realized that eating small, frequent meals instead of three big ones kept my nausea under control. Try tracking your triggers!
My doctor suggested having small sips of lukewarm lemon water in the morning. When I had my C-section later, my body was already quite weak, so taking care of hydration early on is very important. Please don't push yourself too hard and take rest.
