How to stop frequent urination at night during pregnancy?
Third trimester aur i swear im up like 5-6 times every night to pee. Barely getting any sleep now and im so tired. Is there any way to reduce these night trips? how do u all manage it?
I totally understand how frustrating it is to lose your precious sleep because of endless bathroom trips, dear. Your growing baby is just pressing on your bladder, which is totally normal. Try limiting water right before bed, and take small naps during the day to catch up on sleep.
Honestly, this is just your body's way of training you for sleepless nights with the baby! 😂 I used to hate those night trips, but now I stay awake anyway for feed times. Just drink water during the day and keep a night light on so you don't trip!
Oh my god, I am going through this exact same thing right now! I have to wake up like 4 times every night to pee. Does anyone know if there's any safe way to reduce this, or do we just have to live with it?
Instead of buying expensive pregnancy pillows or sleep aids to help with this, just adjust your fluid intake times. Drink lots of water in the morning to save on potential medical costs from dehydration, but limit it after 8 PM. It’s a simple, free fix!
It's difficult to completely stop it because of hormonal changes and pressure on the bladder. Try to drink most of your water during the day and cut down 2 hours before sleeping. However, if you feel any burning or pain, do check with your doctor to rule out a UTI.
