This is my first pregnancy and i had a miscarriage before so im a bit scared this time. Just want to do everything right to keep it healthy and strong. what all did u ladies focus on?
Keeping a pregnancy healthy is mostly the basics done well yaar, eat balanced meals, take your folic acid and iron, sleep enough and stay a little active. Dont skip your check ups and scans. The regular doctor visits are what keep it on track.
Keep your mind calm and positive, beta. Stress is not good for you or the baby. Eat well, rest and trust your body, a peaceful heart helps a strong pregnancy.
I ate home cooked food, lots of dal, veggies and fruits like my amma told me. Stayed hydrated and walked a little daily after doctor allowed. Simple home care plus regular doctor visits worked well for me.
