My gynac said my uterus is a little weak and now im tensed na. Want to do whatever i can to keep baby safe. Anyone got advice on what helped make it stronger?
Our bodies are naturally designed to carry the baby, so don't worry about having a 'weak' uterus unless your doctor specifically points out something. Just focus on a balanced diet, stay happy, and take your prenatal vitamins regularly.
During my pregnancy, I focused on deep breathing exercises and pelvic tilts to keep my body strong. Even though I ended up having a C-section, a healthy diet during pregnancy really helped my recovery. Take it easy and eat well!
I'm still trying to conceive, but my mother-in-law says that eating regular home-cooked meals, spinach, and drinking warm milk is very good for uterine health. Hope you have a wonderful and safe pregnancy!
Eating a healthy diet with dates, nuts, and staying hydrated helps keep your muscles strong. You can also do very light pelvic floor exercises if your body allows. But always consult your gynac before starting any physical routines during pregnancy.
I had a weak cervix and complications, so I strongly advise not taking any self-remedies for this. Let your doctor evaluate you through scans to see if you need any progesterone support or a cervical cerclage. Your gynac's advice is the safest.
